Solution:
Allocated full P&L to customer and product sku. Let them slice individually or together to get a full P&L down to the most granular details.

Client Issue:
Associates on production floor want a quick summary on how they were performing vs company goals for each job they produced.
Solution:
Automated the information coming from their ERP and provided it to a tv on each manufacturing line. The data refreshed every 5 mins to inform the employee of transactions they had made and where those stood against company goals. Provided management a summary review so they could see total production for all lines.

Client Issue:
A large company with a complex manufacturing process couldn't get the insights they needed on where jobs were at in their shop. What jobs were coming up and what was past due by customer.
Solution:
Implemented a direct feed of all open jobs from their ERP system and imported it into Power BI. From there they could view jobs by building, resource and customer. This helped the various unit managers to see what needed to be done and by when. Also tracked their progress on how often those shipments were being rescheduled due to not being able to hit demand.
